I CARE
1. Motivational speaking designed to not just lecture children but engage them in conversations that lead to a thought process and a learning of better decisional making in all areas of their lives. The program is designed to give alternative outlets to our youth from ages 13 through 18 by hosting monthly meetings where children can come together to resolve any issues they believe needs to be addressed.
2. -Employment and Life Skills Training programs provides services to any Maryland and District of Columbia resident but special emphasis includes programs designed to make it possible for non-custodial fathers to obtain livable wage jobs so that they can successfully make child support payments. Job placement services are provided in tandem with legal assistance, money management training and fatherhood skill development.
3. -Conflict Resolution/ Youth Gang Prevention and Mediation programs designed to prevent violence crimes, encourage children to make positive choices and to provide an alternative to disputes for both adults and children.
4. -General support as well as scholarship assistance will be provided to program participants and children who are from single-parent households.
